1. General These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all use of the Hoygi website and all purchases made through it. We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, or remove any part of these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website or placement of an order after any changes constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2. Products & Descriptions We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or pricing at any time, including after an order has been placed.

3. Pricing & Promotions All prices are in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice. Promotions, discounts, and special offers are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time, including after payment has been processed. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Claims We ship internationally via third-party fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers, customs authorities, natural events, or any circumstances beyond our direct control. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are solely the customer's responsibility. All shipping and delivery claims, including non-delivery and damaged goods, MUST be reported to info@glowaveboutique.com within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned under any circumstances. We reserve the right to update the Return & Refund Policy at any time.

7. Product Use, Results & Disclaimer Products must be used strictly as directed on the packaging and product listing. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from misuse, overuse, incorrect application, combination with other products, or use contrary to provided instructions. Individual results are not guaranteed and vary significantly from person to person. No product claims constitute a guarantee of specific results. Our products are cosmetic products only and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

8. Health, Allergies & Safety It is the customer's sole responsibility to review all ingredients before purchase and use. Hoygi is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects where the customer failed to review ingredients or perform a patch test as instructed. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing medical treatment, or have any skin condition, consult your doctor before use.

Right to Modify Everything We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, or remove at any time and without prior notice: these Terms, our pricing, our policies, our product range, our promotions, our website content, our services, and any other aspect of our business. We may also suspend or discontinue the website or any part of it at any time without liability.

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOYGI, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE; PRODUCT PERFORMANCE NOT MEETING PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS; ALLERGIC OR ADVERSE SKIN REACTIONS; SHIPPING DELAYS OR LOSSES; OR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED TO OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

13. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable local law.

14. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hoygi regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.
